Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is carefully made in small batches, and while we strive to create scents that are widely loved, we understand that fragrance is a personal preference and may not be to everyone’s liking.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
